Meet our private chef: Israel Martínez Reyes
Israel Martínez Reyes, the private chef with Mediterranean roots, was born in Alicante and based in Donosti-San Sebastián. With more than 10 years of experience, he has worked at the TATE Modern Gallery and the Connaught Hotel in London, with Helene Darroze, as well as at the Hotel María Cristina and Hotel Monte Igeldo, in the Basque Country. Nowadays, he works in his restaurant, Baso Taberna, a lively Donostia restaurant full of exquisite gastronomy.
