Meet our private chef: Pablo Riu
His passion for cooking was forged at the prestigious CEBANC-CDA school in San Sebastián, the cradle of haute cuisine. After completing his training, he immersed himself in the essence of traditional Basque cuisine, perfecting his technique in renowned traditional restaurants in the area.
This solid foundation prompted him to explore the world. His culinary journey led him to work in kitchens in New York, Mexico, and Ecuador, where he absorbed new cultures, techniques, and ingredients. This global experience allowed him to develop a versatile style and a deep understanding of flavors.
Today, he combines all this experience to share his passion and knowledge of gastronomy directly with the public, whether in homes, workshops, or in a professional setting.
